Please select the registration option that best describes your relationship to The Doctor Group (TDG):
Physicians
- Must provide NPI Number (National Provider Identifier)
- Must indicate whether you, your clinic, or your association is a current client.
- Non-clients can request entrance, but approval is required.
Healthcare Executive
- No NPI required
- Membership will be verified against our approved client roster.
- Non-clients may request entrance but are subject to very limited approval.
Invited Non-Physician Investor
- Must be invited by an existing member or client.
- Invitation will be checked against our invitee list.
- Access is strictly limited to invited individuals; no exceptions without an invitation.
Registering for The Doctor Group Portal does not guarantee access to our platform or the ability to utilize our exclusive services. Access is reserved for existing members, and their network.
